PhotoArc Support
PhotoArc is a native iOS utility that turns the photos you deliberately select into a silent progression video you can preview, share, or save. Selected media is processed on-device. PhotoArc uses Apple’s PhotosPicker and only receives the photos you choose—it does not scan or import your entire photo library.
Compatibility: iPhone, iOS 17 and later.
Current version: 1.0

Frequently asked questions
Do my photos leave the device?
No. PhotoArc processes selected photos on your device to create the video. The developer does not receive your photos or videos.
Why is Photos permission requested?
PhotoArc uses Apple’s system photo picker (PhotosPicker) to choose images. That does not require full photo-library access.
PhotoArc only receives the photos explicitly selected through Apple’s PhotosPicker. It does not require unrestricted access to the full photo library.
Photos permission is requested only when you tap Save to Photos, and only with add-only access so PhotoArc can save the video you created—not browse your library.
How do I save videos?
After Create finishes, open the result screen, use the ⋯ menu, and choose Save. Grant add-only Photos access if prompted. You can also Share the video to Messages, Mail, Files, and other apps.
How do the three free progressions work?
PhotoArc includes three free progressions so you can try the full create → preview → share or save flow. After those free progressions are used, unlock unlimited progressions with a one-time PhotoArc Pro purchase.
How do I restore PhotoArc Pro?
If you previously purchased PhotoArc Pro on the same Apple ID, open PhotoArc and use the restore-purchase option in the app. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID through the App Store. If restore does not work, email hola@iknowainhoa.com with your Apple ID email (do not share passwords) and a short description of what you see.
How do I report a problem?
Email hola@iknowainhoa.com with:
- What you expected
- What happened
- Your iPhone model and iOS version, if you know them
- PhotoArc version (currently 1.0), if shown in the app
Troubleshooting
The video did not appear after Create
Stay on the result screen until the export finishes. If nothing appears, force-quit PhotoArc, reopen it, and try again with a smaller selection of photos.
Share or Save is unavailable
Finish creating the progression first. Share and Save are available from the result screen after the video is ready.
Photos permission was denied
PhotoArc only needs add-only Photos access to save a video. Open Settings → PhotoArc → Photos and allow adding photos, then try Save again. Selecting photos still uses PhotosPicker and does not require full library access.
Restore purchase did not unlock Pro
Confirm you are signed into the App Store with the Apple ID used for the original purchase, then try restore again. If it still fails, contact support with the details above.
Privacy
